I adopted Articulate as the main component of my e-learning toolkit in December 2008. The software is incredibly intuitive without any support. However, you soon feel like you could push the boundaries a little more. Two things are a help here. The first is looking at best practice by other users, the second is to get direct technical help from “those in the know”:
